As we reflect on 2025, one thing is clear: this was a year defined by movement, meaning, and momentum. Thrive Limitlessly didn’t just stay busy — we stayed intentional. We showed up in new rooms, deepened our work in familiar ones, and continued building a body of work rooted in advocacy, coaching, and community.
2025 asked us to stretch. To travel. To speak. To listen. To coach. To lead. And, just as importantly, to pause and reassess what we’re building and how we’re building it. From coast-to-coast conversations and conference stages to intimate coaching engagements and behind-the-scenes team rebuilding, this year was both expansive and grounding.
What follows is a closer look at how those moments took shape — the conversations we had, the work we deepened, and the decisions that helped lay the foundation for what’s next.
Getting Our Voice Out: Advocacy, Messaging, and Showing Up Coast to Coast

Our work expanded across platforms and mediums, allowing us to meet people where they were — on stages, on screens, and in community spaces across the country.
We traveled coast to coast, bringing Thrive Limitlessly into conversations from the West Coast to the East Coast. From Mesa and Glendale, Arizona, to Sacramento, Bakersfield, Long Beach, and Portland on the West Coast. From Dallas, Texas, to Baltimore, Maryland. And all the way to Maine, where our work resonated deeply with women leaders and changemakers navigating their own growth journeys. Each place brought a different energy, a different lived experience, and a powerful reminder that impact looks different depending on where you stand — but the need for honest, grounded dialogue is universal.
One of the most meaningful parts of this year was continuing to build Rise & Thrive, our conversation series designed to spotlight influential voices and real stories. In 2025, we recorded 10 Rise & Thrive IG Live episodes, creating space for conversations that were thoughtful, unfiltered, and rooted in lived experience. These weren’t performative discussions — they were moments of connection, reflection, and shared learning that our community consistently showed up for.
That commitment to voice and presence culminated in one of the most affirming milestones of the year: delivering the most-requested session at the Maine Women’s Conference. That moment wasn’t just a professional highlight — it was confirmation that the messaging, the values, and the heart behind Thrive Limitlessly were landing. That when you speak with clarity and care, the right audiences lean in.
Across stages, platforms, and cities, 2025 reinforced something we’ve always known to be true: advocacy isn’t about being everywhere. It’s about being intentional where you are. And this year, Thrive Limitlessly showed up with purpose, conviction, and a voice that continues to grow stronger.
Deepening the Work: Coaching as a Constant, Not a Side Project
While our advocacy and speaking work expanded our reach in 2025, coaching remained the steady center of Thrive Limitlessly.
No matter how busy the calendar became or how far the travel took us, coaching continued to be the work that grounded everything else. It’s the space where transformation happens quietly but profoundly — one conversation, one insight, one decision at a time.
In 2025, Thrive Limitlessly supported eight formal coaching engagements, including work with the PHA / WE Public Health Career Accelerator. These sessions allowed us to guide professionals navigating pivotal moments in their careers — moments marked by transition, uncertainty, ambition, and the desire for alignment. Supporting people at these crossroads is sacred work, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of what we do.
Alongside program-based coaching, we continued to hold space for individual 1:1 coaching clients through ongoing agreements. While we don’t name or quantify those relationships, what matters most is the role coaching plays in people’s lives. Being a compass for someone who is navigating change — whether that’s a career shift, leadership growth, burnout recovery, or a redefinition of success — is work that requires presence, trust, and care.
Even in a year as full as 2025, those 1:1 relationships remained a priority. Because coaching isn’t about scale for the sake of scale. It’s about depth. It’s about listening closely, asking better questions, and helping people move forward with clarity and confidence.
We also continued our partner and program coaching work with Roadtrip Nation, supporting individuals as they explored purpose, career alignment, and identity. That work reinforced a core truth of Thrive Limitlessly: people don’t just need answers — they need space. Space to reflect, to imagine, and to choose a path that feels aligned with who they are becoming.
2025 reaffirmed our love for coaching, not as an obligation, but as a calling. No matter how much the ecosystem grows, this work remains at the heart of Thrive Limitlessly.

Accepting the bare minimum no longer aligned with where Thrive Limitlessly is headed, and this year, we acted accordingly.
